Our technicians utilize tablet devices to input critical operational and maintenance information so that each of our activities has full transparency and all relevant information is organized and accessible. Working collaboratively with the building owner, AES Building Services has developed a budget with fixed costs for all building services that may save over $300K annually in operating costs. As a result of our overall performance, AES Building Services has been asked by the building owner to pilot a new project for building renovation and energy management.
